Selecting a Professional Consultant
Unfortunately APEGBC does not have professional IT people doing its web site - after years of making their magazine Innovation available through their website as a simple PDF file (openable online or downloadable, viewable many ways), they've changed to a buggy faddish way that isn't readable except perhaps on a quite large monitor (thus not out on the road) and is not downloadable in practical ways. By digging around, I found the Jan-Feb 2010 issue here HERE

Here's a great discussion thread about the maxim "the customer is always right" including a very good suggestion that the words were originally intended for a particular application not specific interactions. Look for my comment that some businesses have the attitude that the customer is always wrong.
